Dr. Mayers is a licensed Clinical Psychologist.
He earned his Doctorate in 2004 from the University of Connecticut, an
APA approved program. He follows an integrative approach with
clients to determine which specific techniques are most suitable and
draws from numerous theoretical perspectives (including
cognitive-behavioral, object relations, interpersonal and behavioral
therapies). Although comfortable working with a broad range of
mental health issues, he specializes in anxiety and stress management.
